Before construction, this property was a typical 1950’s 1200 sq bungalow. To accommodate our client’s budget effectively, we utilized the existing foundation and built it up from there. We lowered the basement floor in order to create the 9-foot ceiling minimum. We strengthened the structure to ensure the home was up to today's building code and standard. A 2 nd floor was built to incorporate 4 bedrooms each bedroom having their own ensuite bathroom.
Modern amenities were added including dual-zone heating & cooling system. The garage was expanded to accommodate 4 vehicles. Custom windows were installed allowing the natural sunlight in to make this home feel airy and bright. Our talented design team created a 3400sq. ft. 2-storey home that is spacious, elegant, and modern.
